Day 1
Welcome to Hurghada!
Once you’ve arrived, checked in and settled into your room, take some time to relax and enjoy the facilities after your journey. Grab some food, unwind and get comfortable.
Later in the night, for those who still have the energy, we’ll be hosting a late-night games night. A relaxed, low-pressure way to meet a few faces, ease into the group and kick things off.

Day 2
Start the day with a welcome breakfast followed by a welcome social with the whole group, an opportunity to properly meet everyone with a few ice-breakers to get conversations flowing.
In the afternoon, we’ll head out for an exciting quad biking desert tour. Expect an afternoon of driving quad bikes through the desert, camel riding, sampling Bedouin tea and learning how Bedouin bread is traditionally prepared.

Day 3
Today is a free day to enjoy at your own pace. Make the most of the resort facilities, relax by the pool or beach, or spend the day unwinding.
For those staying at a hotel with a water park, this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy it fully. Later in the day, we’ll bring everyone together for some volleyball, friendly, fun and all about good vibes.

Day 4
Today is boat day! We’ll head out on our yacht cruise, sailing across the Red Sea with multiple snorkelling stops along the way. You’ll have time to swim, snorkel and relax on board, with a buffet lunch included during the cruise. Expect sun, sea and soft-life energy.
In the evening, we’ll come together for our farewell dinner, a chance to dress up, celebrate the trip and enjoy one last night with the group.

Day 5
Join us for a final breakfast before enjoying some free time to relax, explore or make the most of the facilities one last time.
Depending on your flight time, you’ll prepare for your transfer to the airport and begin your journey home, saying goodbye to new friendships and a very special few days together.

No, flights are not included as part of the package.
You will need to book your own flight to Hurghada International Airport (HRG).
We recommend using Kayak or Skyscanner to find the cheapest flights.

Flights should be booked to Hurghada International Airport (HRG).
From the UK, this airport is served directly by Wizz Air, EasyJet and TUI.
There are also different airlines and routes available if you stopover in cities such as Vienna, Istanbul and Cairo.

Most foreign passport holders need a tourist or business visa to enter Egypt. Egypt has introduced an ‘e-visas’ system through which applications can be submitted and approved online in advance of travel.
Visa on arrival can also be obtained for British passport holders and some other countries.
